Digital IPD is a record-keeping tool. It records what your clinicians decide; it does not decide anything. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and no material here should be used to make a clinical judgement. Responsibility for patient care rests with the treating clinician and the hospital.

Accreditation and regulation

Where we refer to NABH, ABDM, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act or any other standard, we are describing requirements that exist independently of us. We are not issued by, endorsed by or affiliated with NABH, the National Health Authority or any regulator, and no material we publish is a substitute for the standards themselves.

Using our software does not make a hospital compliant or accredited. Accreditation is awarded on assessment of the hospital, not of its software. Good records help; they are not the whole of it.

Outcomes

Any description of time saved, effort reduced or record quality improved reflects what we have seen in hospitals we work with. Your results will depend on your wards, your staff and how the system is used. We do not guarantee a particular outcome, and you should not treat any figure on this site as a promise of one.

Certifications

Certifications shown on this site — CMMI Maturity Level 5, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 20000-1:2018, ISO 27701:2019, PCI DSS and HIPAA compliance — are held by Caresoft Systems Private Limited. They describe how we build and operate software. They do not certify your hospital, and they are not transferable to it.

Track record

Where this site refers to twenty years of experience, more than 1,000 hospitals or more than 30,000 users, those figures describe Caresoft Systems Private Limited across its full range of products since 2006. They are not claims about Digital IPD alone, which is a more recent product.
