Questions we get asked
How does one bedside note become a bill?
The nurse records the drug given at the bed. That single entry posts the pharmacy issue, adds the line to the running bill, and appends to the discharge summary and audit trail at the same moment. Nothing is re-keyed downstream.
What hardware do wards need?
An Android tablet per nursing station or per bed group. The admin console runs in any browser. No server-side hardware is required if you are on Caresoft cloud.
Does it work when the internet drops?
Yes. The tablet keeps accepting entries through an outage and syncs when the connection returns.
